Terms of Use

Effective date: 19 July 2026 · Last updated: 19 July 2026

This is a first draft prepared for review by a qualified UK solicitor before production release. Plain-English summaries are provided for readability and do not replace the full terms.

1. Who operates WealthPocket

WealthPocket (the "App") is operated by Okunola Digital Studio Limited ("we", "us"), a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17106432, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

2. How to contact us

Email hello@wealthpocketapp.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

3. Acceptance of the terms

By downloading, accessing or using WealthPocket you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

4. User eligibility and minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old to use WealthPocket. The App is designed for people managing their own personal finances in the United Kingdom.

5. Account registration and account security

Parts of the App work without an account. Creating a free account (via Apple, Google or email) enables cloud backup, the accountability partner feature, Ada the coach, and subscriptions. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

6. Description of the service

WealthPocket provides financial education and organisation tools: a 52-week learning path tailored to your income band, net worth tracking, a "Money Found" ledger, calculators, an accountability partner feature, and Ada, an AI-powered educational coach.

7. Financial education, not regulated financial advice

WealthPocket provides financial education and general information only. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and we do not provide regulated financial advice, personal recommendations, or suitability assessments. For decisions that depend on your personal circumstances, consult an appropriately qualified and, where relevant, FCA-authorised adviser. See our Financial Education Disclaimer.

8. AI-generated content and its limitations

Ada's responses are generated by artificial intelligence. They may be incomplete, out of date or incorrect, and must not be relied on as the sole basis for any financial decision. Always verify important information independently.

9. Accuracy and availability of financial data

Figures such as tax rates, allowances and thresholds are provided in good faith and kept current for the UK, but rules change and errors are possible. Verify significant decisions against official sources such as gov.uk. The App may be unavailable from time to time; we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

10. User-provided information

Account names, balances and other financial details you enter remain yours. You are responsible for their accuracy. The App's calculations reflect what you enter.

11. Subscription plans

WealthPocket Premium is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. A discounted partner rate is available when you have an active accountability partnership and your partner is already a paying Premium member. Eligibility is verified on our servers each time your subscription activates or renews, so the discount ends if your partnership ends or your partner's subscription lapses; this does not change what you were already charged for the current billing period.

12. Fourteen-day free trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial of Premium features. Where offered through Apple as an introductory offer, Apple permits one introductory offer per subscription group per Apple ID.

13. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or trial). Your Apple ID is charged at renewal.

14. Subscription prices

Current prices are shown in the App before purchase: £4.99/month or £49/year, with a partner rate of £3.99/month or £39.99/year for eligible accountability partners. Prices may change; changes never apply retroactively and Apple will notify you as required.

15. Cancellation and management through Apple

Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

16. Refunds and Apple billing

Billing and refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. Refund requests are made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

17. Restoring purchases

Use "Restore purchases" in the App to re-activate a subscription bought with the same Apple ID, for example after reinstalling.

18. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempting to access other users' data, no reverse engineering except as permitted by law, no using Ada for unlawful purposes, no abusive, fraudulent or excessive automated use.

19. Intellectual property

The App, its content, curriculum, design and branding are owned by Okunola Digital Studio Limited or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App. You retain all rights to the data you enter.

20. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party providers, including Apple (billing, sign-in), Google (AI processing and sign-in), Supabase (hosting and database) and RevenueCat (subscription management). Their services are subject to their own terms.

21. Service changes and availability

We may add, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces what a paid subscription provides, you may cancel and, where required by law, seek a proportionate remedy through Apple.

22. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or abuse the service. You may delete your account at any time in Profile > Delete account, which permanently removes your server-side data.

23. Liability and exclusions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and we are not liable for financial outcomes resulting from actions you take, loss of profit, or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

24. Consumer statutory rights

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

25. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the App or by email, with the effective date above updated. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

26. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

27. Complaints and contact information

Complaints: email hello@wealthpocketapp.com with "Complaint" in the subject line. We take complaints seriously and respond personally.
